This is my first portrait painting I have ever done and and of course its a portrait of my girlfriend, my gift to her. She have been waiting for this for very long time and I have finally done it. Its very different from what I usually do, I must say its been a struggle and fun at the same time. Most importantly she is very happy with it, myself as well with the result.
I worked on it on and off couple of month and I have change it so many times, paint and repainted it. I hope you like comments and crits are highly welcomed.
This is such an amazing pic Dennis! Especially seeing as it's not normally your thing! Loving all the different textures on the cloth, and the hair too.
